What we do

One partner across the whole value chain.

From the first feasibility study to satellite data used on the ground. Turnkey, for governments with no prior aerospace heritage.

The value chain

Upstream, midstream, downstream.

We cover all three on a turnkey basis. Every service is switchable, so you take the full chain or only the pieces you need.

Upstream

Mission and space

  • Mission design
  • Satellite procurement
  • Assembly, integration and test (AIT) facilities
  • Launch infrastructure and launch slot purchase
  • Stratospheric balloon flights for CubeSats
Midstream

Ground and operations

  • National ground segments
  • Mission control centres
  • Satellite operations
  • Data reception, processing and archive
Downstream

Data into decisions

  • Insights for agriculture and land
  • Border security and national security
  • Climate and environmental monitoring
  • Services for ministries, business and citizens
The rules and the life of the mission. Frequency coordination and ITU filing, national licensing and registry, orbit and space safety, end of life and deorbit.
Customers rarely lack only a satellite. They lack the licence, the ground link, the launch slot and the team to operate. We offer all of it, to one standard.

Technical leadership

We set the standards. Experienced contractors build and run.

Upstream infrastructure designed to be bankable, with a clear split between technical leadership and physical work.

We design and lead

The special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for AIT facilities, ground stations and launch infrastructure. Technology, standards and programme governance.

External EPC builds

Physical construction goes to experienced engineering, procurement and construction contractors.

External O&M runs

Daily facility management goes to experienced operations and maintenance contractors.

Build-Operate-Transfer

Operation can transfer to the host country or a regional consortium after an agreed term.

Facilities

Facilities that grow with you.

Each step works alone and prepares the next. Sizes are indicative and confirmed in a feasibility study.

Tier 0 · The doorExperience Centre

See and learn. Mission design studio, AIT and operations twin, briefings for delegations, training for engineers.

Delegations, agencies, universities

Tier 1 · NationalCubeSat Lab

Build and test CubeSats up to about 30 kg. Turnkey cleanroom with assembly, integration and test kit.

Universities, startups, new agencies

Tier 2 · NationalNational SmallSat facility

Build and test satellites up to about 50 kg.

National agencies and institutes

Tier 3 · RegionalRegional Hub, 150 kg

ECSS-aligned integration and test up to 150 kg. Open to the region, privately operated.

Regional agencies and operators

Tier 4 · ContinentalLarge Hub, up to 1 tonne

Integration and heavy environmental test up to 1 tonne.

Technology transfer

Turnkey does not mean closed.

We do not just deliver hardware. We build the people who run it.

Hands-on training

Local workforce trained on real platforms, in country or abroad, in cohorts that make a real team.

Procedures and quality system

Transfer of the operating procedures and the quality system, so the facility runs without us.

Sovereign data control

Partner countries control their infrastructure and their sensitive national data streams.

Full autonomy

The goal is a partner nation that is a fully autonomous operator of its infrastructure.

Academy

We build the people first.

Hands-on training on real platforms, in country or abroad. Delivered first during World Space Week 2026.

Every level

Students, engineers, executives and officials. Hands-on, not only classroom.

A path, not a course

The people trained at national level are the ones a regional hub needs tomorrow.

Real hardware

CubeSat kits, test equipment and mission design tools, not slides alone.

Applications

Satellite data into services.

Data pays when a ministry, a company or a citizen uses it as a service. Revenue starts early and the value stays in the country.

Government

Platforms and projects for ministries, agencies and provinces: land, cadastre, disaster risk, coastal monitoring.

Business

Subscriptions and analytics for energy, mining, agriculture, banks and insurers, including ESG and carbon reporting.

Citizens

Advice and alerts for farmers and small businesses, delivered through telecom and mobile money.

Other countries

The platform can be deployed under another country’s own brand, with the same technology transfer.

Test and qualification

A service, not a rating scheme.

Customers need evidence that hardware works. We provide the tests and the paper trail, aligned to ECSS.

Test as a service

Environmental and functional tests, from a first CubeSat to a regional mission.

An evidence trail

Documented procedures, test records and reports that customers and insurers can rely on.

Aligned to ECSS

Procedures and records follow ECSS practice, so results travel with the hardware.

Also on offer

Around the hardware.

Advisory

Specification, procurement and programme management, so you buy with confidence.

Stratospheric flights

Near-space flights at 20 to 40 km to test flight computers, communications and mechanisms. A fast accelerator ahead of a first launch, not a substitute for one.

Not sure where to start?

Most customers do not. We begin with where you are.
