Co-define the roadmap
National vision and roadmap defined together with the upskilled team and space executives.
Exit gate: A national roadmap endorsed by government, with Phase 3 funded.
Enable local build
Local modular AIT for CubeSats and more, for universities and startups. First missions and early services, including near-space balloon flights.
Exit gate: A local team that has built, tested and flown hardware, and a first local market.
Shared regional hub
A hub for global demand, run by a neutral private operator in a multi-country partnership. Countries sit on the advisory board and staff it.
Exit gate: Hub commissioned and serving global demand, with partner-country staff in post.

Satellite built, tested, launched and operated through an anchor country’s national and regional facilities.

You build elsewhere and buy mission control, ground station, data and test as you need them.
