How we work

Facts before commitments.

A staged partnership in three phases and two gates. Every phase has its own agreement, so nobody commits capital before the facts are on the table.

Project logic

Three phases, two gates, one joint project.

Phase 1 · about 90 days

Concept

Scenario and MVP plan, demand pipeline, technical audit, EPC feasibility, legal structure, financing plan.

Gate A: Decision Package. Mutual go or no-go on the Build-Up.

Phase 2 · indicative 18 to 24 months

Build-Up

Site permitted, EPC executed, platform and test equipment qualified to ECSS, team trained, first AIT campaign ready.

Gate B: Operational readiness and site acceptance.

Phase 3 · from Gate B

Operations

AIT and platform assembly services for the anchor customer and regional customers, then capacity expansion and replication. The operating model (BOT, lease or joint venture) is fixed at Gate A.

Each gate is a mutual go or no-go. All partners always know where they stand.
The concept phase

One phase, one Decision Package.

In about 90 days we bring the facts together, so everyone can decide with open eyes.

Demand and scenario

What is needed, by whom, and which option fits.

Technical and feasibility

An audit of what exists, site options and a facility concept aligned to ECSS.

Structure and financing

Legal and operating options, and a financing plan.

People and permits

Workforce and training plan, and the regulatory route.

A project office runs governance throughout: regular status, a steering board at each milestone and a clear decision log.
Governance

One umbrella, bilateral contracts beneath.

Joint steering board

One seat per partner. Meets at every milestone and decides the go or no-go at Gate A.

Umbrella MoU

A short, non-binding memorandum that sets goals and each partner’s inputs. It runs through all phases.

Agreement per phase

Short and simple for Concept. A framework agreement with priced scopes of work for Build-Up and Operations.

Let us start with the facts.

A concept phase costs a fraction of a build, and tells everyone whether to go.
